About Collect Service Go in Welwyn Garden City

Collect Service Go has been looking after cars in Welwyn Garden City for over ten years. We’re a small team, and that means that the person who answers the phone knows what’s happening with your car, and you’re not passed between departments to get a straight answer.

We’re RAC Approved and accredited by both Trust a Trader and Trust My Garage which means that our work is regularly checked against independent standards, so you’re not just taking our word for how we operate.

Why people keep coming back

Speak to any driver from around Welwyn Garden City and you’ll find we’re one of the best reviewed garages in the area, and that comes from being straightforward with people, telling you what’s actually wrong with your car rather than what’s easiest to sell, and by doing the work properly the first time.

Honesty matters to us more than most things so if your car doesn’t need something, we won’t tell you it does. If it does need something, we’ll explain why in terms that make sense, not jargon designed to end the conversation.

What we work on

We look after all makes and models, and we’re set up to handle MOTs across classes 4, 5, and 7. With a commercial ramp on site, we also take on vans up to 3.5 tonnes, so local trades and businesses use us as much as everyday drivers do. Clutches are one of the jobs we’re particularly known for locally, alongside the wider repair and maintenance work that keeps your car running well.

Visiting our workshop

Our workshop is easy to get to, on East Burrowfield, just off Chequers, so only about a 20-minute walk from Welwyn town centre and the station, which has direct trains into King’s Cross. There’s parking on site if you’d rather drive in, and a waiting area with wifi and free tea and coffee if you want to stay while we work.
