Collect Service Go has been keeping cars on the road in and around Welwyn Garden City for over ten years.
We’re a small, dedicated team who believe in doing the job properly; from MOTs and servicing to clutches and general repairs, we look after all makes and models, including vans. We’re RAC Approved and accredited by Trust a Trader and Trust My Garage, and we’re proud to be one of the best reviewed garages in the Welwyn area. Call us on 01707 332288, book online or pop into our workshop at 2 East Burrowfield, just off Chequers, for a chat.
RAC Approved Garage
Collect Service Go is an RAC Approved garage serving drivers across the Welwyn area; it’s one of the clearest signs you can look for when you’re choosing which garage to trust with your car.
To gain this approval we were independently assessed against RAC standards for our workmanship, our equipment, and how we treat our customers, so it’s not something we can simply claim for ourselves. It means that you can book your car in with Collect Service Go knowing you’re covered by a recognised, external standard, not just our own word.
Courtesy Cars
If you need to keep moving while your car is with us, we have courtesy cars available for customer use, so a service, repair, or MOT doesn’t have to mean being without transport for the day.
Depending on availability, we can offer automatic, manual, or van options, so there’s usually something that suits whatever you need to get done. Just let us know when you book if you’d like one arranged, and we’ll check what we’ve got free for your dates. It’s one more way we try to make getting your car looked after as straightforward as possible.
Our Reviews
Big thanks to Kai who did the job. Top work, highly recommend!
April 2022 : Had a full service earlier this month, could not fault the customer service and politeness of all staff from collection through to completion and delivery.
Reported a fault over the weekend and had a response in good time to arrange for collection again today, fault has been identified and repairs to be carried out soon. Again I cannot fault the level of customer service again today.
ADDED 3/11/2023:
Different car different issue resolved. Again great polite service and kept informed along the way.
The collection and delivery is just so convenient.
